So here's the thing - I didn't start as a lawyer. I co-founded a SaaS company back in 2008, grew it for three years, and learned the hard way what happens when you don't protect your IP properly. Lost a major contract because of a trademark issue we didn't see coming.
That experience sent me to law school at 31 years old. Everyone thought I was nuts, but I knew there had to be lawyers who actually understood the tech world from the inside. Now I get to help other founders avoid the mistakes I made.

I've been doing this for 16 years now, starting at Bay Street firms before joining Blazethorn in 2018. Best decision I ever made - finally got to work with clients who felt like real people instead of just account numbers.
